These Terms govern your use of dfv.llc (the “Site”) operated by DFV LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“DFV”, “we”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the sites
You may access the public pages, submit contact and credential requests, and apply for openings via the careers form. Anything you submit may be retained per our Privacy Policy. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, or that contains malware or scraped or proprietary content of others.
2. No professional advice
Information on the Sites is for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Sites is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. The Sites do not constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or to enter into any investment.
3. Forward-looking statements
Any forward-looking statements (about products, capabilities, performance, or roadmap) reflect current views and are not guarantees. Our products may change materially. Performance claims are illustrative unless explicitly cited to an audited source.
4. Careers
The careers page describes general working norms. No statement on this site or in any application acknowledgment constitutes an offer of employment, an offer of equity, or any binding compensation commitment. Any actual offer is documented separately and requires a signed offer letter to take effect. References to “sharing upside” or “performance-tied compensation” describe general philosophy, not a specific plan available to all visitors.
5. Credentials & counterparty verification
The credentials request form is a request mechanism only. Sensitive documents (ownership, financials, certificates of insurance, audited statements) are sent via separate verified channels after we confirm counterparty status. Submission of a credentials request does not create any obligation on our part to disclose any document.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site is owned by DFV LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Trademarks of third parties referenced on the Site are property of their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFV disclaims all warranties, express or implied. DFV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Direct damages are limited to $100 USD.
8. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts in St. Louis, Missouri.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the current revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
